After two years staying away because of the Pandemic, we finally went to the Reno Senior Center for lunch on May 26, 2023.
The Senior Center is nice. They have a library with computers available. Rooms for card games, Bingo, and a pool room. Usually, on a Friday, there are about a hundred people having lunch.
It takes less than a half-hour to get there by the #11 and #5 bus, but we have since discovered that #15 and #2 bus also go there.
Since I have had a sharp increase in energy since my Fluoxetine was boosted to 40mg, and since we discovered Buddhism in May, we are going places much more often than we had been since 2019.
We have also resumed walking around the block about every day.
(I know that sounds weird. But remember I am seventy-seven and Lori is seventy-five.)
