One last time in Las Vegas

In April 2018, for reasons we don't remember, we got on a Greyhound Bus and moved to Tacoma, Washington.

When we were turned down for an apartment we wanted, we gave up and went to Las Vegas for the last time on June 24, 2018

There we stayed with an old friend, Deon Derrico, who now had fourteen children and who, at the time, was trying to get a reality show on TV. 

Deon, who we had known since 2008 when we lived with him for six months in Burbank, agreed to pay us to write and edit his biography. But after a few months, we gave up on Vegas and returned to Reno.

In 2020, Deon got his show, Doubling Down with the Derricos on TLC and the show is now in its fourth season.

For the uninitiated, Karen gave birth to all fourteen of her children naturally, which included two single births (Darian, age 17, and Derrick, age 12), twins (Dallas and Denver, age 11), quintuplets (Deonee, Daician, Daiten, Deniko and Dariz, age 9), twins (Diez and Dior, age 5) and triplets (Dawsyn, De'Aren and Dyver, age 3).

As we know, since we have lived with Deon twice (in 2008 in LA and 2018 in Vegas), Deon Derrico always wanted to become famous.
