On our honeymoon in December 1998, we drove along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Cruz.
The first stop was a frosty night in Cambria in a little motel that looked like it was lifted intact from 1955.
Route #1 took us through Big Sur and Monterey.
We spent the next night at a Santa Cruz Motel at the Pacific.
