In 1967, I finally left grandma and went to the Pocono Mountains to live with my mother, Dee, and my stepfather Dale Crews.
They were a ballroom dance team, the opening act for stars in the showroom of Pocono Manor Inn.
I enjoyed being in their regional fame and worked as staff photographer.
