When I was 15 years old I wanted to be a radio announcer. I had a problem enunciating my "R" (What I call Elmer Fudd syndrome.) So, I borrowed a huge reel-to-reel tape recorder from the school and spent a few weeks reading the newspaper and recording me. A month later: syndrome gone.
